Deliveries
Delivery charges of £5.40 are applicable to any order under the value of £100.00 to the UK mainland.
Please contact our customer services department for carriage charges to Eire and other Worldwide destinations.
Despatch of stocked garments is made within 24 hours using our contracted courier, however, items requiring embroidery, labels or alterations will take longer and confirmed lead-times can be obtained via our customer services department on: 0161 727 4470.
All orders have an internet tracking facility.
Internet orders are despatched via our courier service as listed above or by Royal Mail.
Returns
You may return stock garments in their original condition within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the cost of the goods but not the cost of the carriage to you. This does not apply to personalised garments, non-stock items and made to order items, as they are non-returnable. The cost of returning items remains your responsibility except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered by Benchmark.
Where goods supplied by Benchmark are found to be defective other than as a consequence of reasons for which the client is responsible, these shall be repaired or replaced by Benchmark free of charge for a period of 6 months. Any further liability shall be expressly excluded.
